My sister and I both gasped simultaneously when we saw Shido dressed like this on the screen. Major shokku. And Saitou's my all-time fav character! Is it any coincidence that Shido is the Beastmaster and Saitou is a Miburou...?
And then Akabane Kurodou (aka Dr Jackal) decided to pay Ginji-kun a visit at the hospital!
In my opinion, Jackal is THE ABSOLUTELY COOLEST CHARACTER in Get Backers. He's always calm and composed, speaks perfect keigo even when he's slashing you to pieces with his surgical blades (they look like butter knives to me, by the way), and loves nothing better than a good challenge! Plus he looks like a woman in that long trenchcoat that flows and floats in the wind and his cute witch's hat. And need I add that he's dark and gothic and VK-ish and creates all sorts of homoerotic tensions when he speaks to Ginji in that smooth, chillingly friendly way?Bloody Rain, Bloody Stream, Bloody Hurricane, Bloody Sword, Bloody Hell and yeah, he's BLOODY COOL.
"Ginji-kun, say 'AHHHH'." [offers Ginji usagi apple with his surgical blade!!]
