the space between words

Exams are starting tomorrow and I'm already beginning to feel very nervous. I feel like I've been sleeping a lot lately, possibly because it is the hibernation season of the year, and having very strange dreams. A few nights' ago, I dreamt of the two Dr Ys from the Lit department. The dream was very, very weird. And I shan't say more than that in case I scare you guys.

Then last night, I had an extremely long dream and I actually woke up remembering most of it very clearly. That's pretty unusual, not just for me, but for most people, I think. The most curious (and disturbing) thing about that dream was that my Japanese language sensei was smiling at me one moment and sending the mafia to kill me in the next. It seems like I will have to contend with a lifetime of trauma after studying Japanese 4 and 5 under him in school.

Tomorrow I have to sit for the 20th century module exam. I'm all jittery already...
